San Pedro, CA - A 4th generation artisan chorizo maker, Humberto ‘The Chori-Man’ Raygoza is renowned for his locally made and award winning creations. Inspired by the Raygoza family’s traditional recipe in Zacatecas, Mexico, Humberto first established his business in 2013 with humble beginnings; selling delicious chorizo and sausages from door to door in The Chori-Mobile throughout West Los Angeles.
Immediately beloved by the community, The Chori-Man soon received the honor for Best Chorizo of Los Angeles, by LA Weekly in 2018. Moving forward to today, his savory handcrafted food has grown to be a must-have and fast favorite for foodies throughout L.A. and San Pedro, California.
