Fujis tend to be too juicy for baking, but are the ideal apple for eating raw! Add them to your green juices, a sweet slaw, or a fruit and cheese plate at your next soiree! For cheese pairings, we recommend something sharp to compliment the sweetness of the apple. These apples will last quite a while in your fridge! Store them in the coldest part of your fridge to minimize loss of nutrients. It's helpful to maintain some moisture in the cold storage area; try adding damp cheesecloth in the crisper bin.
